OUr COmmitment to safety
Little League efforts to create a safe and healthy environment for its players and volunteers, both on the field and off. To this, Eastlake Little League has a dedicated board member devoted to safety awareness and protocols, an established A.S.A.P. Safety Plan, Volunteer Background checks and live fingerprint scans, training programs for Abuse Awareness and Concussion protocol.
Player Medical Release Form | Required
All managers are required to have a copy of each player's completed medical release form. The best practice is to store it on teamsnap in a private media folder versus carrying hard copies. This enables any manager designated coach will have access in case of the team manager's absence.

- Select the link that is appropriate for you (Parent volunteer or Coach)
- Click the link to start the training, this will prompt you to create an account.
- You must create a new account as last year's system is no longer valid.
- Fill out the required fields.
- Once your account is created, launch and complete the training course.
